Alissa Digman is involved in various aspects of intellectual property practice pertaining to patents, trademarks, unfair competition, false advertising, trade secrets and copyrights. Her experience includes domestic and foreign prosecution of patent applications in the mechanical, chemical and biomedical arts. Alissa Digman has advised clients regarding trademark clearance and has prepared and prosecuted both domestic and foreign trademark applications. She has also negotiated licenses and agreements related to patents and trademarks.

Alissa has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in national litigations involving patents, trademarks, trade secrets and copyrights. Her litigation experience also includes representing clients in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. She has also been instrumental in recovering domain names from cybersquatters through ICANN domain name proceedings.

Alissa Digman earned a B.S. degree in Biomedical Engineering from Texas A&M University and received her J.D. from Chicago Kent College of Law - Illinois Institute of Technology.

Alissa is admitted to practice in Illinois and Texas, and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
